Schedule B - Specifications that are applicable to the Web Site. ![]() ![]() Schedule A - Payment Terms and other conditions for the development of the Web Site. The following are the Schedules attached hereto and are incorporated by reference into this agreement: "Web Site Milestone" shall mean a milestone in the development of the Web Site as set out in the Specifications and Payment Terms. "Web Site" shall mean the web site developed according to the Specifications. "Specifications" shall mean for the purpose of each separate contract the specifications as set out and agreed to by the parties, and any amendments thereto, as attached hereto as Schedule B. "Material" shall mean all of the Developers' and third parties' material described in Schedule C. The preamble is deemed to be an integral part of this Agreement.Īs used herein, the following terms shall have the following meanings NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereinafter set out the parties agree as follows: WHEREAS, the Developers have experience and expertise in the development of web sites ĪND WHEREAS, the Customer agrees to have the Developers develop a web site for it ĪND WHEREAS, the Developers agrees to develop the Customer's web site on the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Web Site"). The contract should be water-tight, but flexible enough to accommodate last-minute revisions, and harbor a smooth working relationship between the client and developer team.WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") Writing a Web Design Contract is not a complicated process, but needs a thorough and systematic approach under the consideration of all eventualities that may occur during the website design and development duration.
